Borrowing materials from their front porch remodel, we utilized a beautiful Brazilian Rosewood highlighted by an Ipe wood finish and metal factory finished railings with a gloss white post to sharpen the contrast. This customers cast iron post was in great condition even after 15 years yet the anchor post had rusted through. Instead of a full replacement which would’ve been at least $500 for a new post plus labor, we were able to weld a new anchor post.
